Want wireless but you really need some help? Family fighting to get on the one computer with internet access? Have no clue about broadband, DSL, modems, routers, or setting up a wireless connection? We can help, for a flat fee of $150.00 plus the cost of parts “if needed” we will come any ware in the San Francisco Bay Area and setup your modem to your Broadband or DSL connection, then we will configure your router so everyone in the house with a wireless connection will have safe wireless access. We also offer home visits to install software and hardware for a flat fee of $150.00. If you need both wireless computer installing service we will discount you $50.00 to a total price if $250.00 to get the job done right the first time.
Having problems with your computers, laptops, PDA’s, or wireless connections we also have troubleshooting and brake fix technical support. If you can access or have a live internet connection we can look at you computer remotely and fix you problem for a flat fee of $25 per session plus the cost of remote connecting via a live internet connection into you system, this excludes PDA’s.
For Small and Home based business we offer remote server administration and certified technical support for a fee of $150 per hour or $300.00 per incident.
